About the role

The Service Technician installs, debugs, and maintains product and component hardware and software at customer sites. The role includes scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring customers understand product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incident handling using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
• Repair hardware components, clean and adjust mechanical parts, and install/configure software.
• Execute preventive maintenance checks and refill consumables as required.
• Carry out IMAC/R tasks – install, move, add, change, or remove hardware and software.
• Provide on‑site training to customers on equipment operation.
• Document service activities, schedule future visits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular technical trainings and support special projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of field service experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company fleet requirements.
