Técnico de Refrigeración Comercial

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Managua. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and restoring commercial cooling equipment such as maintainers, freezers and similar units.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and identify faults in commercial refrigeration systems.
• Repair and restore equipment, including compressors, copper piping, and refrigerant circuits.
• Conduct leak detection, vacuum procedures and refrigerant charging.
• Work autonomously to resolve issues efficiently.
• Focus on repair of maintainers and commercial refrigeration units, excluding ice‑making machines.

Required profile

• Technical training or certification in refrigeration.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in commercial refrigeration.
• Proven knowledge of compressors, copper pipe welding, leak detection, vacuum and refrigerant charging.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and commitment.
