Technical Project Manager – ICT Delivery

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple ICT projects in Nicaragua. The role combines presales support, project execution, and customer relationship management to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on delivery status of multiple ICT projects simultaneously.
• Provide presales analysis of project scope and review deliverables.
• Track billing and collection, analyze revenue gaps, and coordinate with customers, partners, and Account Managers.
• Participate in regular customer meetings, gather requirements, and ensure timely response to requests.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources, assign teams, and lead weekly project review meetings.
• Provide technical guidance and project management support to engineering teams.
• Own project delivery success, maintenance activities, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, cost control, procurement, resource allocation, risk, quality, schedule, and stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the ICT industry.
• Strong English proficiency for daily business use.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and KPI management.
• Experience in large‑scale ICT project delivery and organizational management.
• Mandatory certifications: HCIP, HCIE, CCIP, or CCIE; PMP preferred.
• Proven ability to guide 10+ engineers in solution design, execution, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls, NMS, SD‑WAN.
• Certifications: HCIP, HCIE, CCIP, CCIE, PMP.

• Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
