Team Manager, Business Operations

About the role

Remitly is looking for a Business Operations Team Manager to lead its Business Customer Support teams in Manila and Managua. You will be responsible for delivering world‑class operational support to business partners, ensuring service level agreements, quality and productivity targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Drive team and individual performance against KPIs and SLA commitments.
• Own complex business‑customer escalations and ensure best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Manage performance, career development and engagement of Business Customer Associates and Program Specialists.
• Develop, execute and continuously improve operational project roadmaps, processes and tools.
• Identify operational risks, work with internal and external stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Support new‑initiative teams and contribute to scaling of products and services.

Required profile

• Strong account‑management background with deep understanding of business‑customer issues.
• Proven experience managing multiple direct reports in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lead performance management, learning and development initiatives.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
