Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and written communications, helping to maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Measure performance against defined scorecards, KPIs, and standards.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns.
• Document findings with precision and propose improvements to audit frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance using scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
