About the role
Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to guide candidates from application through pre‑onboarding while helping improve the hiring process with data, AI and automation. You will ensure a clear, thoughtful and human experience for candidates and support the growth of meaningful career opportunities across Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Run hiring stages: review applications, conduct interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain the ATS and pipeline, and support pre‑onboarding.
- Create a thoughtful candidate experience that is clear, timely, engaging and respectful.
- Improve hiring processes by refining communications, interviews, surveys and resources.
- Use data and feedback to identify friction points and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Build smarter workflows using AI and automation to reduce manual work while preserving human connection.
Required profile
- People‑experience minded with at least one year of experience improving candidate, employee or customer experiences.
- Strong communicator with C1‑level English proficiency, able to write and speak clearly and confidently.
- Candidate‑focused, noticing when people feel confused or valued and seeking ways to improve their experience.
- Proactive and resourceful, asking good questions, finding solutions and thriving in a fast‑moving environment.
- Creative and detail‑oriented, caring about how communications and materials look, sound and feel.
- Comfortable with technology and curious about AI.
- Committed to growth, having stayed at least two years in one of the last three roles.
