Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will evaluate candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online information to determine general fit for open positions.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and keep recruitment system records up‑to‑date.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to assess qualifications, experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Talent for building rapport with candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
