About the role

The Physical Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance of external personnel tasked with protecting the company's facilities. The role ensures that all security mechanisms are correctly installed, operational, and aligned with the organization’s protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate external security staff across all sites.
• Verify proper installation and functioning of CCTV, SAE and access‑control equipment.
• Monitor daily security operations and respond to incidents promptly.
• Maintain records of security activities and generate regular performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in electronic security or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in supervising physical security teams.
• Residency in Managua with flexible schedule availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of SAE (Security Alarm & Emergency) systems.
• Experience configuring and managing access‑control solutions.
• Understanding of electronic security technologies.
