Structural Drafter/Designer (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Structural Drafter/Designer to join our remote team serving LATAM. The ideal candidate is highly proficient with Revit and can deliver accurate structural drawings quickly while supporting engineers on multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Interpret and implement engineering redlines and design revisions efficiently.
• Prepare comprehensive drafting deliverables for several concurrent projects.
• Maintain high‑quality drafting standards to ensure accurate project documentation.
• Manage workload across small to medium‑sized projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and engineers to align on client expectations.

Required profile

• 3–4+ years of proven experience in structural drafting and modeling.
• Advanced, hands‑on expertise with Revit.
• Ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing accuracy or speed.
• Experience with multi‑family or commercial structural projects is a strong plus.
