Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager at cardfactory, you will be at the heart of the business, leading a team to create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and inspired. You will drive daily operations, nurture a positive culture, and ensure the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations, including staffing, coaching, merchandising and payroll.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team.
• Maintain visual standards and product presentation to maximize sales.
• Analyse sales data and use insights to improve store performance.
• Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers to implement growth initiatives.
