About the role
As a Store Manager at cardfactory, you will be at the heart of the business, leading a team to create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and inspired. You will drive daily operations, nurture a positive culture, and ensure the store meets its performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day store operations, including staffing, coaching, merchandising and payroll.
- Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team.
- Maintain visual standards and product presentation to maximize sales.
- Analyse sales data and use insights to improve store performance.
- Collaborate closely with District and Regional Managers to implement growth initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience managing teams.
- Ability to inspire and build a high‑performing culture.
- People‑first mindset with strong coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable using retail systems and technology.
- Calm, adaptable and able to stay focused under pressure.
