Software Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist

About the role

The Software Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will ensure the AI‑driven platform delivers a seamless experience across voice, web and text channels. Working on‑site in Invercasa, Managua, you will validate new features, track issues and guarantee performance standards before releases reach customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of Voice Intake, Web Booking and Text functionalities.
• Execute end‑to‑end testing for all Netic releases and system updates.
• Identify, document and verify defects, usability concerns and system inconsistencies.
• Validate issue resolution before notifying internal teams of releases.
• Maintain the Monday.com QA board, tracking tickets, bugs and feature requests.
• Log, update and follow up on reported issues in the ticketing system.
• Provide weekly QA reports outlining outstanding issues, priorities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Netic developers and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
• Familiarity with AI systems, voice or text‑based communication tools, or booking platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
