About the role

Elite Online Media is seeking a Social Media Strategist to join its fast‑growing digital marketing team. You will work across paid and organic channels, develop buyer personas, and help shape the agency’s social presence for Hispanic business owners across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Research and create online buyer personas to guide targeting strategies.
• Develop and maintain social media editorial calendars and track content performance.
• Oversee the creation of visual assets and coordinate workflows for creative production.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting fundamentals and a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset.
