About the role

Elite Online Media is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead paid and organic social campaigns for Hispanic business owners across the United States. You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and growth toward becoming a T‑shaped marketer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Research and develop online buyer personas to guide targeting strategies.
• Create and maintain editorial calendars for social content.
• Oversee the production of creative assets and manage content creation workflows.
• Execute visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting fundamentals and customer‑service mindset.
