Senior Technical Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical point of contact for our partners and customers. In this remote position you will tackle complex integration challenges, ensure smooth onboarding, and help maintain high system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical customer support operations, focusing on complex API‑related issues and application code analysis.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, guiding efficient integration with our ecosystems.
• Analyze system data and integration points to identify root causes of connectivity or performance problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional teams to align success metrics and improve long‑term reliability.
• Document complex technical resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing across the support organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and reading application code to pinpoint issues.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis during integration support.
• Hands‑on experience with partner onboarding and supporting complex integrations.
• Strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in English.
