Senior Paid Advertising Strategist – Ecommerce

Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance‑marketing strategy and execution for high‑value ecommerce accounts. You will combine deep channel expertise with advanced measurement techniques to drive results that align with broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑media strategies across marquee ecommerce accounts.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance to prevent revenue‑impacting errors.
• Manage budget pacing, advise on adjustments, and ensure accurate spend tracking.
• Demonstrate expert‑level proficiency in at least two major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, YouTube Ads, Snapchat Ads).
• Provide proactive strategic recommendations, surface opportunities and risks before client requests.
• Analyze campaign data and client‑specific metrics to inform optimizations.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold excellence across deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience managing paid‑media campaigns for ecommerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations with confidence.
