Senior Data Analyst – Healthcare (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in healthcare, you will work remotely to turn clinical electronic medical record (EMR) data and biometric device data into actionable insights. Your analyses will directly support product launches, expansions, and overall customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clinical EMR and biometric device data to generate actionable insights.
• Synthesize multiple rich data sources to inform product and operational decisions.
• Develop robust metrics that demonstrate product value during go‑lives and expansions.
• Build automated pipelines to generate and display these metrics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and data‑engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong experience with Databricks.
• Solid background in statistics.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Claude Code.
• Exposure to healthcare data.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Nice to have: understanding of data‑engineering concepts.
