Senior Community Manager

About the role

The Senior Community Manager will lead the social media strategy for five distinct brands, ensuring each voice remains consistent, engaging and aligned with business objectives. Working in a hybrid setting from Managua, you will coordinate content creation, community interaction and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and communication strategies for each brand, aligning with KPIs and growth targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X and emerging channels, adapting tone, copy and creative formats per audience.
• Create, schedule and optimise content calendars, publish posts, monitor trends and respond to comments and direct messages.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and other creatives, providing clear briefs, feedback and ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Build and maintain ManyChat automations, analyse performance data and recommend workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities for brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and lead generation, proposing new formats and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Community Management or Social Media Management across at least two companies.
• Proven ability to handle multiple brands, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Comfortable writing LinkedIn posts, adapting copy for Instagram, briefing designers, reviewing Reels and scheduling weekly content.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance metrics and optimise processes.
