About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst at BairesDev, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that product backlogs are well‑defined, prioritized, and ready for delivery. Key responsibilities

• Own backlog grooming, guaranteeing that requirements are clear, prioritized, and development‑ready.
• Gather, refine, and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify scope, define acceptance criteria, and resolve ambiguities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and traceability throughout the requirements lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven expertise in backlog grooming and requirements definition.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Legal industry experience is a plus.
