Semi Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development projects remotely. You will use your growing experience to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while managing stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects, guaranteeing quality and business alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining project integrity.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Communicate status updates and present progress to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.
