About the role

The Product Selector works in Cargill's food division warehouse in Masaya, ensuring that daily order routes are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. The role involves picking, moving, and rotating products within the warehouse while maintaining safety and equipment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the condition and cleanliness of the pallet jack before each use.
• Complete a pre‑operation checklist to confirm equipment readiness.
• Monitor load‑lifting mechanisms and report any failures to the supervisor.
• Download order assignments on a handheld device and identify the correct picking zones.
• Operate the pallet jack to transport products to the designated picking locations.
• Perform inbound and outbound product entries and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle physical product movement throughout the warehouse according to assigned routes.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with completed secondary education.
• Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
• Physical capacity to bend, squat, twist safely and lift up to 25 kg.
• Comfort working in noisy, dusty or chemical environments using personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions ranging from –18 °C to 2 °C.
• Capability to operate machinery or industrial equipment with or without reasonable adjustments.
