Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and provide world‑class customer service over the phone, promoting digital home services such as wireless, cable, home security, satellite and home phone.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from prospective and existing customers about digital home services and guide them through the sales process.
• Conduct consultative sales by asking questions, listening to needs, and matching them to appropriate product offerings.
• Accurately create customer accounts using various customized software platforms.
• Assist customers professionally and efficiently.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to quality assurance standards.
