Sales & Operations Support Specialist

About the role

The Sales Operations and CRM Coordinator ensures that leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and related customer information are processed accurately and on time. Working remotely for a LATAM‑based team, you will support internal sales processes, vendor interactions and CRM administration.

Key responsibilities

• Enter incoming leads into Data7, assign owners and send initial communications.
• Process new orders, create CRR records and notify the commission team.
• Maintain opportunities and quotes in Data7 and other systems.
• Coordinate information flow between customers, vendors and Verizon.
• Onboard new agents into commission systems and verify required documentation.
• Support CRM reporting, system maintenance and data‑integrity reviews.
• Create and update process documentation, manuals and training materials.
• Provide reporting support to upper management and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support or CRM administration.
• Proven ability to manage leads, opportunities, quotes, orders and customer records.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Data7 (CRM system) – experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• General CRM administration and data‑entry proficiency.
