Sales Executive – LATAM

About the role

Terrific is building the next generation of social commerce, turning live shopping, creator content and AI into revenue‑generating experiences for brands. We are looking for a Sales Executive to lead our expansion across Latin America, creating and closing new business opportunities without waiting for inbound leads.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a dedicated LATAM sales pipeline targeting brands, retailers, agencies, media companies and strategic partners.
• Identify high‑potential prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and market research.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer priorities, challenges and commercial opportunities.
• Translate Terrific’s technology into clear business value and develop proposals, pilots and commercial offers.
• Drive deals from initial contact through negotiation to close, maintaining disciplined CRM activity, forecasting and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with global Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and leadership teams.
• Provide regional market insights to shape Terrific’s LATAM go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Proactive salesperson who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them.
• Comfortable reaching out to cold prospects and establishing relationships with new contacts.
• Curious about business models and able to connect technology solutions to revenue outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in English and preferably Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience selling SaaS, eCommerce or digital solutions in the LATAM region is a plus.
