Sales Executive

About the role

We are a fast‑growing language services provider seeking a Sales Executive to turn high‑quality leads into satisfied clients and nurture existing accounts. The role is fully remote and focuses on both new‑business acquisition and customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads primarily via phone, explain our business model and close sales.
• Maintain and grow relationships with recurring customers, acting as a trusted consultant.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers to define requirements and communicate scope changes.
• Monitor compliance with schedules, ensure on‑time delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and requests.
• Perform related sales and post‑service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients and closing deals.
• Native or near‑native command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho).
