Sales Engineer – Infrastructure & Construction Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities and market engineering solutions for infrastructure, construction, hydraulic works, soil stabilization and road development projects. You will provide technical‑commercial advice and guide clients from opportunity identification through to project closure.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Promote engineering solutions and deliver technical‑commercial consultancy to clients.
• Conduct site visits nationwide to assess client needs and project requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients, consultants and key industry players.
• Accompany projects commercially through all stages until successful delivery.

Required profile

• Female professional with a degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical, Construction, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, B2B or business development, preferably within construction, infrastructure or engineering.
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, mining companies or government entities.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and build commercial relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits across the country.

Required skills

• Technical sales and B2B negotiation.
• Knowledge of construction processes, plan interpretation and technical specifications.
• Experience with quotations, technical‑commercial proposals and tender management.
