Sales Development Representative (Spanish‑bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, Spanish‑bilingual Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation, schedule qualified appointments, and support our insurance quoting process. You will lead outbound outreach through calls, texts and emails while keeping our CRM accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high‑volume outbound cold calling to targeted lists, pitch services and qualify prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendar bookings for the sales team.
• Execute multi‑channel follow‑up (phone, SMS, email) with prospects.
• Assist in gathering preliminary information for insurance quoting and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records, update lead status in real‑time and clean databases within HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Handle general email correspondence, calendar organization and basic customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume cold calling, telemarketing or outbound lead generation.
• Resilient mindset, comfortable handling rejection and delivering engaging pitches.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong active listening.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
• Familiarity with power dialer / auto‑dialer software.

What we offer

• Starting rate of $7.00 per hour.
