Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing property‑management company that specialises in short‑term and mid‑term rentals. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound outreach to homeowners, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to over 5,000 homeowner contacts using phone, email, text and CRM workflows.
• Qualify property owners to determine suitability for short‑term or mid‑term rental management.
• Maintain and update lead records in the Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for senior staff.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Track outreach activity, pipeline progress and keep clear notes in the CRM.
• Identify process improvements to boost conversion rates.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, SDR or business development.
• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and maintain momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and disciplined about CRM hygiene.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
