Sales Development Representative – Industrial Software & PI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business for our industrial software and PI System solutions. The role focuses on high‑growth sectors such as renewable energy, utilities, water, manufacturing and mining, helping to build a pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Research and map target companies across renewable energy, utilities, water, manufacturing, mining and other industrial sectors.
• Identify and verify decision‑makers in Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Maintenance, OT, IT, Automation and Digital Transformation teams.
• Design and execute personalized outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, phone and other approved channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead generation, appointment setting or B2B outbound sales.
• Proven experience selling software, SaaS, industrial technology, engineering services, automation or enterprise technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
