Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting shoppers and guiding them to products.
• Operate the checkout tills with accuracy and a smile.
• Maintain tidy, well‑stocked shelves and attractive displays.
• Promote the range of cards, gifts, wrapping supplies and related merchandise.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, approachable and comfortable on your feet for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for helping people.
• Flexible availability, including the possibility of covering shifts at nearby stores.
• Willingness to learn and follow training provided by the team.
