Sales and Operations Assistant

About the role

The Sales and Operations Assistant supports the sales team by managing leads, opportunities, quotes, and orders while ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system. The role also coordinates onboarding of new agents and provides reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming leads in Data7, assign owners, and send initial communications.
• Create and maintain opportunities, quotes, and orders in Data7 and related systems.
• Coordinate information flow between customers, vendors, and Verizon, including contract facilitation.
• Perform data‑integrity reviews, correct inconsistent records, and support CRM administration.
• Develop and update process documentation, job manuals, and training materials.
• Provide reporting support to upper management and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or CRM administration.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
