Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store and support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will help keep the team motivated, ensure smooth daily operations, and step in to lead the store when the manager is away.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations and commercial performance.
• Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service and the "cardfactory Way".
• Motivate and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Drive store initiatives, maintain clear communication, and monitor key performance metrics.
• Take charge of the store in the manager’s absence, ensuring continuity and confidence.
