Retail Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an upbeat Retail Team Leader to energise our store, support the Store Manager and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. You will step in for the Store Manager when needed and help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for both staff and shoppers.

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and lead the team when the manager is absent.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and drive commercial performance.
