Remote Sales Representative – LATAM

About the role

Geeks on Site is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing team. This fully remote position focuses on connecting customers across LATAM with technology solutions such as computer repair, IT support, and smart‑home installations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build rapport and deliver a high‑quality sales experience.
• Handle objections, communicate product value, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Participate in training and continuously improve sales knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a call‑center or inside‑sales environment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a performance‑driven setting.
