Remote Revenue Manager for Boutique Hotels

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Revenue Manager to oversee the revenue strategy for three boutique hotels across Nicaragua, Peru and Spain. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ADR and overall profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management and market analysis while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Adjust room rates based on seasonality, demand, local events, competitor pricing and booking trends.
• Monitor booking pace and recommend pricing or promotional adjustments as needed.
• Forecast occupancy, revenue and demand on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Manage hotel listings across OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, VRBO) ensuring rate parity and accurate inventory.
• Optimize room availability, restrictions and OTA commission costs.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor local market trends to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports tracking KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and booking source performance.
• Coordinate with hotel ownership, operations and marketing to align revenue strategies with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management or hospitality revenue optimization.
• Experience with boutique hotels preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS systems.
• Experience using Channel Managers.
• Familiarity with OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and VRBO.
