Remote Personal Injury Case Manager (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to handle cases from intake through settlement for a U.S. law firm. This fully remote, full‑time role requires strong organization and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, insurers, medical providers, and attorneys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume personal injury caseload from intake to settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, liens, and other case documents.
• Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with providers and insurance companies.
• Prepare and organize documentation for demand packages.
• Track case deadlines and maintain accurate case notes in the case management system.
• Provide regular case updates and escalate legal issues to attorneys when necessary.

Required profile

• 2+ years recent experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager at a U.S. law firm.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software such as Filevine, Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Needles, or similar.
