Remote Construction Project Manager – High-End Custom Homes

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee high‑end custom home projects for a Florida‑based builder. The role connects management, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects organized and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication link among management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Read, interpret, and manage construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Analyze vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets.
• Track project requirements, deliverables, follow‑ups, and outstanding items.
• Ensure projects align with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Maintain professional, responsive client communications.
• Anticipate issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to internal processes and workflows.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of professional experience on US‑based construction projects, preferably luxury residential.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent client‑facing and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills
