Remote Accounting Associate – Bilingual Finance Assistant

About the role

This fully remote Finance Assistant position supports Latin American clients and requires bilingual English‑Spanish communication. The role is ideal for organized, detail‑oriented professionals who enjoy working with financial data and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions and prepare balance sheets.
• Track and reconcile bank statements.
• Create cost‑analysis reports for fixed and variable costs.
• Process tax payments and support monthly payroll.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting assistance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
