Remittance Project Specialist

About the role

The Remittance Project Specialist will consolidate, analyze, and transform data from personal banking products to generate strategic insights. This role supports the identification of growth opportunities and the definition of initiatives that drive regional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support initiatives, projects, and special analyses assigned by management while ensuring data quality standards.
• Monitor market indicators, participation, and trends of personal banking products across the region.
• Prepare comparative benchmarks of regional competitors, analyzing products, pricing, and strategies.
• Identify best commercial practices from other countries, document them, and coordinate implementation where improvements are needed.
• Track implementation tasks with regional and local teams to meet project timelines.
• Define, calculate, and monitor KPIs for personal banking products in coordination with product owners.
• Produce periodic commercial management reports with trend analysis, variations, and forecasts.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; a Licenciatura is desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, profitability analysis, data analysis for remittance business, and commercial/financial reporting.
