Registered Medical Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Vitalis Regenerative & Pain Clinic is seeking a Registered Medical Assistant to support its multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive pain‑relief and regenerative care. This full‑time remote position involves coordinating patient appointments, preparing clinical documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clinicians and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and update patient histories and medical records in compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Manage and process medical orders, follow clinical instructions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate appointment schedules and organize the remote office workflow to keep information complete and accessible.
• Facilitate communication between healthcare professionals and patients, providing empathetic support.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Formal training as a Registered Medical Assistant or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a medical office setting, including agenda management and administrative tasks.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient‑care best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously with a reliable internet connection.
