About the role

Arvenda is seeking a detail‑oriented Referral Coordinator to manage a high‑volume medical department, handling provider referrals and insurance‑related workflows in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of provider referrals accurately and on time.
• Coordinate referral submissions and follow‑ups with medical providers and insurance companies.
• Track referral status and ensure timely resolution of pending or outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to support daily workflow and referral volume.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet department deadlines and service standards.
• Identify and proactively escalate referral issues or delays.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in provider referrals, medical, or insurance field.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and reliable while working fully remote.
• Must have at least two monitors as part of the remote work setup.
