Recruitment Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Recruitment Manager to lead Valatam’s remote recruitment function across Latin America. The role will own end‑to‑end hiring strategy, team performance, sourcing channels and reporting for both high‑volume and specialized positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, set performance standards and ensure hiring results.
• Develop and execute full‑cycle recruitment strategies aligned with hiring targets.
• Validate hiring requests and assign searches based on urgency, complexity and recruiter capacity.
• Oversee high‑volume and specialized hiring, conduct second interviews and approve candidates.
• Build and optimize sourcing channels, talent pipelines, partnerships and outreach strategies.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, funnel conversion, cost per hire and early pipeline indicators.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve time‑to‑hire, candidate quality and team productivity.
• Coach recruiters and sourcers, manage performance and support onboarding.
• Ensure accurate ATS usage, pipeline hygiene, activity tracking and reporting.
• Report recruitment performance, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• At least 2 years managing recruitment teams in staffing, BPO or outsourcing.
• 2‑5 years designing and executing full‑cycle recruitment strategies.
• Proven experience in high‑conversion sourcing, mass recruitment and specialized hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment KPIs, process optimization and ATS management.
• Experience recruiting for international or US‑based clients (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Quiet home office with stable internet and a backup connection.
