Quality and Process Auditor

About the role

Gildan is seeking a diligent Quality and Process Auditor to ensure that finished garments meet internal and client standards. The role involves comprehensive inspection of products, packaging, and measurements to prevent non‑conforming items from reaching the market.

Key responsibilities

• Audit 100% of the production from assigned teams, covering visual inspection, dimensional checks, and packaging compliance.
• Identify and retain non‑conforming products to avoid export of defective items.
• Document quality results accurately for appearance, measurement, packaging, and rejected lot control.
• Execute quality procedures and criteria according to company guidelines.
• Follow the Safety and Health Management System (CAM-HSN-001) and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Título de Bachiller).
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or quality‑control environment.
• Basic knowledge of arithmetic operations.
