Python AI Engineer - Remote Work

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Python AI Engineer to enhance an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You will work on a production system, building agents, retrieval layers, and integrating front‑end features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Design LangGraph flows and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Maintain evaluation coverage for AI behavior you ship.
• Extend the existing Next.js front end when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Python experience (8+ years for lead‑level scope).
• Proven track record delivering LLM systems in production.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG, AWS, and working PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
