Psicólogo – Teleconsultas Remotas

About the role

We are looking for a licensed psychologist to provide remote psychological care through EasyMD’s digital health platform. The professional will conduct tele‑consultations with adults and minors, offering emotional support, clinical follow‑up and personalized intervention plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled video sessions for patients, Monday‑Friday evenings and weekends as needed.
• Perform emotional accompaniment, clinical monitoring and design individualized treatment plans.
• Document consultations and maintain records in compliance with health regulations.
• Ensure consent procedures for minors and adhere to ethical standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology obtained in Nicaragua.
• Active registration and code with the Nicaraguan Ministry of Health (MINSA).
• Proven clinical experience with adults and children, preferably via teleconsultation.
• Immediate availability to work from home and reside in Nicaragua.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital health tools and electronic health platforms (intermediate‑advanced level).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
• Professional ethics, responsibility and proactive attitude.

What we offer

• Temporary (fixed‑term) contract with flexible remote work.
• Work schedule: 5 pm‑9 pm Monday‑Friday (one day off), 8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
