Property Management Coordinator

About the role

AllView Real Estate is seeking a remote Property Management Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue between tenants, owners, vendors, and the internal property management team. Working fully remotely, you will support the company’s residential and commercial portfolios across Southern California, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date tenant, property, and maintenance records in the management system.
• Track maintenance requests from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule repairs and inspections.
• Assist the Property Manager with reporting, documentation, and deadline management.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented without needing constant supervision.
• Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple issues simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated remote worker comfortable collaborating with an international team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
