Property Damage Specialist – Remote (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Bilingual Property Damage Specialist to manage the property damage portion of personal injury cases for a U.S.-based law firm. The role is fully remote (LATAM) and focuses on delivering courteous service to clients while aggressively driving claims from tow yard releases to total loss valuations.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of new property damage assignments, contacting clients and insurance adjusters within 24 hours to set expectations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of claims: tow lots, total loss, rentals, repairable vehicles, loss of use, reimbursements, and diminished value.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, rental companies, tow yards, and collision shops to keep claims progressing.
• Analyze total‑loss valuation reports against NADA values and Autotrader comparables to secure fair market adjustments.
• Assist clients with rental setups, deductible waivers, GAP coverage claims, and diminished‑value demands.
• Maintain an aggressive diary with strict 30‑day follow‑ups and comprehensive 90‑day case reviews.
• Handle case withdrawals due to lack of coverage, guiding clients on next steps before file closure.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in Florida personal injury law or dedicated property damage claims management.
• Deep knowledge of the property damage claim lifecycle, including repairable vehicles, total loss, loss of use, GAP, diminished value, and deductible reimbursement.
• Exceptional diary management and follow‑up discipline.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities to review estimates and total‑loss evaluations.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume environment with competing priorities and strict timelines.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
