Project Coordinator – Market Research

About the role

We are in search of a detail‑oriented and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our energetic team at SAGO—someone who flourishes in a fast‑paced setting, embraces innovation, and is eager to engage in meaningful work that generates impactful insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal teams and support qualitative market‑research projects throughout their life cycle.
• Pull and format Excel spreadsheets daily to give clients a clear picture of recruitment progress.
• Assist the project manager with administrative tasks such as homework and consent‑form distribution and collection.
• Monitor project progress, spot potential problems, and manage spreadsheet or quota‑management concerns to successful resolution.
• Join project kick‑off calls and liaise with recruiting teams to ensure everyone is up to speed on specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements and maintain platform proficiency by attending Qual Product trainings.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be able to understand, speak and write clearly in English.
• 1+ years experience in a market‑research or clinical‑research environment; marketing or social‑media experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
