Programmatic Media Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Programmatic Media Manager to lead performance, strategy, and growth for multi‑channel paid media accounts in the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Programmatic Supervisor, you will guide media planning, execution, analysis and client communication while acting as the subject‑matter expert for internal teams and ad‑platform partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated paid‑media accounts, ensuring pacing and KPI targets are met.
• Develop and execute programmatic and paid‑media strategies across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Media Supervisors to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze results, produce reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Lead internal meetings and contribute to client presentations, defending strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience deploying paid‑media strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Strong media‑management capabilities and ability to act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Demonstrated ability to guide internal teams and drive business growth for clients.
