PPC Specialist (Remote LATAM)

About the role

DashClicks is seeking a results‑driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for agency clients across multiple industries. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in LATAM while collaborating with a global team of marketing experts.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create, and administer Google paid campaigns, identifying growth opportunities and building budgets.
• Execute day‑to‑day optimization, manage bids, keywords, and ad copy, and deliver clear performance metrics to clients.
• Develop and articulate paid media offerings, contributing to strategy formation and new campaign concepts.
• Launch, monitor, and refine PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing.
• Track KPIs, generate dashboards and reports, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Write concise, compelling ad copy and suggest multi‑channel campaign ideas.
• Stay up‑to‑date with PPC and SEM trends and best practices.
• Communicate with clients via the company dashboard, address content queries, and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads (AdWords) and Bing paid search campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize ROI.
• Excellent written communication for crafting ad copy and client reporting.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently using project‑management tools.
