PPC Specialist – Google Ads Campaign Management

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on PPC Specialist to own the end‑to‑end execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns. You will work daily inside the Google Ads platform, building and refining campaigns to drive growth for our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch search, display, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns.
• Structure campaigns according to strategy, set keyword targeting, match types and upload ad creatives.
• Conduct ongoing optimisation – adjust bids, budgets, targeting and monitor pacing.
• Perform regular search‑term analysis, add negative keywords and maintain clean keyword structures.
• Support performance reporting, flag anomalies and collaborate on insights with senior team members.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and fast execution.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
